This is a twist on caramel popcorn and just as yummy (I think it's better!)
Pop about 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels and set aside
Mix the following in a saucepan and bring to a boil
1 cup sugar (I did 3/4 c white sugar, 1/4 c brown sugar)
1 cup butter (you could probably cut that in half and still be fine)
3/4 cup Karo
1 tsp vanilla powder (Whose ever heard of that? Not me! I used regular vanilla and it was fabulous!)
Once it boils, pour it on the popcorn and mix mix mix!
The popcorn is delicious and stays soft and gooey.
